Our EHS Objectives
- To ensure that all workers are aware of their roles and responsibilities with respect to EHS management system and have the n necessary knowledge and skills to perform their tasks safely.
- To achieve a target of zero fatalities, zero lost time injuries (LTI) and zero restricted work cases (RWC), and zero medical treatment case (MTC).
- To establish EHSS as a line management responsibility and recognize that all incidents and injuries are preventable.
- To ensure that open and effective communication channels are maintained between employees, sub-contractors and CLIENT so that EHSS concerns of all parties could be responsibly addressed
- Providing competent and effective EHSS supervision.
- Assigning clear safety responsibilities to all employees (regardless of level) as fundamental part of their duties.
- To minimize any impact on environment by reducing waste material that is known to have a negative impact on the environment.
- Provide framework for setting, reviewing and monitoring of quality, health, safety and environmental target and objective.
Induction programs
All new hires undergo safety induction and trade training or recap, and also should attend all safety programmers related to the specific job In general, they should know the policies and procedures as under
- Alcohol and drug policy
- Smoking Policy
- Housekeeping policy
- Manual Handling
- Personal Conduct
- Also training the new hires and people with the specific trade to be recapped with the related topics theoretically and practically wherever is applicable
